KIDS FIT
SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
We run full day programs, with a morning only session
A type full day consists of: Morning and Afternoon KidsFit sessions, a KidsYoga session, and 'Chillout' games and activities!
KidsFit is a super fun, circuit-style fitness class, specifically designed for Kids aged Kindergarten and up!
Kids complete various fitness exercises and activities in pairs, as well as whole group games and team competitions!
This encourages the physical development of fine and gross motor skills, coordination and flexibility, while supporting social development, as they mix with kids of various ages and from different schools, making connections and new friendships!
