What is Suspension TrainingTRX - Total body Resistance Exercise!
Our suspension training workout leverages gravity and your bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Suitable for all fitness levels. Whatever you do, your core does it too. In a single exercise you use way more muscles, so results sky rocket. Target train or total body workout, your strength, balance and flexibility will thank you. Suspension Training is for any fitness level: it uses your own body weight to provide the resistance, and a shift of body angle or stance can lessen or increase that resistance. So it is great for beginners and easy to progress as you get stronger. Suspension Training is a 45 minute class, instructed in our ENERGY STUDIO.
