A 45 minute Pilates class for men and women, focusing on core strength and alignment. Pilates Reformer classes builds on the foundation movements and concepts of Pilates, while adding on springs, ropes, pulleys and a moving carriage to increase resistance. Pilates Reformer classes are especially designed for all fitness and experience levels, with adjustable springs resistance and diversifying exercises.
